The Fragrance House was established in 2009 as a new business development for the Society.
The first two stores were opened in Livingston and Dundee in the
autumn of 2009, these stores delivered excellent results over the
first 6 months and a third store was then opened in June 2010 at
Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow. A further two stores followed in
November 2010 in Aberdeen and Greenock. The sixth and seventh
stores, in Falkirk and Braehead, opened in 2011.
In September 2011 we launched our online offer, thefragrancehouse.co.uk, to further
develop the brand.
The Fragrance House sells luxury fragrances at competitive
prices. Our consultants are fully trained across all brands and we
strive to deliver a fantastic shopping experience.
Roles
As a Sales Assistant you will be selling prestige fragrance to a wide variety of customers. You will be responsible for delivering a fantastic level of customer service ensuring each customer has a fantastic shopping experience with us and is made to feel special.
Our Lead Sales Assistants form a key part of the management team. Ensuring high standards within the store at all times from presentation to stock control. Supporting the Store Manager and helping the team provide excellent customer service.
The Assistant Manager role will involve assisting and supporting the Store Manager in all day to day aspects of operating a store. Good knowledge of fragrance becomes a big part of your role to ensure the team is fully trained across all brands.
Heading up a team as the Store Manager you will be responsible for day to day running of the store, maximising sales, developing people and promoting the brand. Leading by example you will be target driven and ensure your team delivers fantastic customer service standards.
